Mukava hotelli
Mukava hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Ainoa miinus tulee, että huoneissa ei minkäänlaista äänieristystä vaan naapurihuoneen ja käytävältä tuleva ääni on kuin ei olisi seinää lainkaan välissä. Aamupala herkullinen ja kattava.

Huone oli siisti, parveke hieman ahdas/pieni. Vuode mukava mutta tyyny oli huono. Aamupala oli hyvä ja palvelu todella ystävällistä. Uima-allas hyvä ja ruoka siellä hyvää, annokset olivat isoja. Aurinkotuoleja kyllä varailtiin vaikka se olikin kielletty. Kaiken kaikkiaan ihana ja hyvä loma.

Lovely hotel, but no air con
The hotel was very clean, nicely decorated, modern and served a good breakfast each morning. However, our trip was sadly ruined because the day before we got there, the air con was turned off and the hotel said it would not be turned back on. It was still 27 degrees in the day and the nights were unbearable. My husband and I barely slept a wink for the whole week as there was no air in the hotel room. I was in the early stages of pregnancy so this made my morning sickness even worse. If we had been informed that there wouldn’t be any air con, then we would have booked a different hotel.

This was a return stay for us at the Cactus hotel. We paid for an upgrade to a Premium room on arrival and we felt it was worth it. Staff all very friendly and helpful. We were in room 526 which had a sea view and we loved watching the cruise ships from our balcony arriving/leaving port. If you want evening sunshine request a pool view room which looks over the sea too. Only slight negative was that the glass screen of the shower needs to have a door as the water tended to spray out when in use and soaked the bathroom floor but not a major problem. Breakfast was usual buffet and you could eat on the terrace if you choose to. Lovely quiet clean hotel which we would happily return to again.

Excellent location. Across from main beach of rhodes and 15 minute walking distance from Old Town (great for dinners, drinks and shopping). Room was clean and in good condition. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a large variety of options, although the eggs were bland during our stay. Beach towels provided by hotel, required to leave a 10 euro deposit per towel which you got back upon returning the towels. Could only refresh the beach towels twice a week, my partner and I stayed for 5 nights and used the same beach towels during our stay. Overall good value for money and would recommend to others.
