”Very well positioned for access to Worcester, Malvern, Ledbury etc. All staff really friendly. Breakfast was fantastic in terms of quality quantity and choice. Had meal in restaurant one night which was excellent. Room was good size and decorated nicely. Wouldn't hesitate to return ”

”The last few times i have stayed it rakes a while to check in as no one is maning the reception. You have to wait for someone from the bar to see you or when you press the bell to come over when they are not serving customers. There are peopke sitting around you shile your waiting to check in, which is awward as you have your bags and feel in the way. Check in was much better when the hotel reception was separate to the bar area. Also upon arrival to the room, the door was wide open. This...

”We had a lovely few days away, close enough into Worcester by a five minute taxi, but far enough out to be quieter. The pub itself was lovely, There is an outdoor area with heaters and blankets so we could enjoy the quieter space. Breakfast was nice, would have been better if there was more of a menu to look at rather than just being asked what we wanted. However scrambled eggs were lovely, can’t fault the food. All in all a lovely stay, we will return (Just to mention the elephant in the room,...

”Me and my partener stayed over the weekend the room was lovely clean tidy staff were polite only thing that ruined it was one of the cleaners on level 10 knocked on my door twice asking me for a pound she was saying she needed it for her bus pass and that she needed 3 pounds for it i said to her i had no change and that i was in bed and she left this was not something i expected to be woke up to and was most upset as our break up till then had been great ”
