”Our stay was great. The room was everything that we needed, but there are some ‘buts’: the only way to get ice easily in from your room fridge, but it’s not easy when your ice maker doesn’t work. Also this is a work oriented hotel. We did not get our room serviced because the maid came by at 7:45 AM, presumably after most people go to work, but it was on a Sunday and they never came back; so no service during our stay. We’re pretty tidy people; so not a huge problem for us, but others might...

”The hotel was extremely clean and super comfortable. The beds were really comfortable compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at for the same price. They have coffee available 24/7 which I loved. The room was over all pretty clean. House keeper put the trash bag I had on the floor on top of my things. The drinks spilled all over my stuff which was upsetting but I’ll live. The pool was filthy. ”The hotel itself is a unique experience, The decor and creative artwork throughout gives art gallery/ miami boutique vibes, The staff was very accommodating. The housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping the rooms and common areas fresh. The location it near airports and all of downtown. I will be returning. Only thing that i would say that could be better is that the area is being built up so they was some construction near. Other than that.. Great stay!”

"Have been traveling a lot, If compare this experience similar in Asia , this is big disspointment, quite costly hotel, no any WOW feelings. We was waiting 7th floor room over hour and location was just a scrap, anyway room was clean and all working "old style US" Outdoor pool at hotel was run out towels and really dirty. Restaurants was closing really early at evenings , nice to see and stay short break, but one visit was enough for us. Staff was nice and Riverside restaurant was really nice when it was open."
