”My daughter and I stayed in room 117 on 10-15-26. There was no water pressure and the water was lukewarm at best. The flooring in the room was coming apart all over the room. The AC unit made a weird noise all night long that I was unable to sleep. The constant passing of a train down the street did not help either. Only stayed there because the company I work for has a store location around the corner.”

After 15min she came to the room and confirmed that those were bed bugs. She tried to offer other room as well but...
