”Impeccable service, spotless room, great location, quiet elegance. My only criticism is that I did not appreciate the new £23 per day charge for the housekeepers that just popped up. When I asked about it, I was told, "But 100% goes to the housekeepers". Huh? Was that supposed to make me feel better? ”The Bulgari is one of the nicest hotels that I've stayed in. The prompt and personable service throughout the stay stood out. The room was beautiful. No real view to speak of but that's London I guess. There were little trinkets (shoe horn, shaving supplies, multi pillows, pillow freshener mist, great housekeeping, etc.). So extremely clean, great staff, excellent services. Loved the seating area in the lobby but the bar is meh..... Way overpriced in my opinion so I'll have to think twice about...
