”Perfect hideaway place with cool outside heated wintery pool”

”Our stay at the hotel was overall a good experience. It seemed they were short staffed, specially at the breakfast buffet. Btw, try the bread. It was delicious. Other issue was that when the restaurant was closed after hours I couldn't find a vending machine or even a water fountain. It can be annoying since most of the nearby stores close around 6 pm. ”

”Cumplió con la estadía. Sin embargo, la atencion no fue la mejor ni de cerca. Me gustaria atribuirselo a la cantidad de gente que habia, pero no me pareció que fuera así. Escanearon mi tarjeta de credito para "garantia del sistema", cosa que es incorrecto en muchos niveles. Me di cuenta tarde. No lo volvería a elegir. ”

”Hotellin respa oli palvelualtis ja osaava. Sijainti kaunis ja rauhallinen. Tilat siistit. Lähistöllä ei juurikaan ravintoloita ym. joten hotellin ravintolaan tuli mentyä. Ruoka ei ollut maittavaa, ja henkilökunnalla homma hieman hakusessa. Aamupala ok.”

”the hotel is nice and clean, it is located up in the mountain overviewing the lake. we got the duplex on two floors apartment for the 4 of us. the size of the apartment is ok. breakfast was very good with a lot of variety of choices, you can even ask for more choices that are not on the buffet. I personally prefer to Stay in the city (Interlaken) for future trips and I would find a hotel closer to the lake for better view and for the fact that the drive up and down to the hotel was Not EASY,...

”Erinomainen sijainti juna-aseman vieressä, plussaa hotellin ilmaisista parkkipaikoista. Aamiainen hyvä, mutta sinne olisi kaivannut tuoreita hedelmiä. Hotellilla oma uima-allas.”

”This was not crowne plaza standard, I used to experience. Our room was very tiny. We asked for 2 separate beds. Did not get it. We could not close the bathroom door. So no privacy really. Spa was nice, but quite many areas were out of use (jacuzzi etc.) I wont stay here again.”
