”The lady of the property took time to ring and advise me of the spa not working properly, as it wasn’t working when we stayed a couple days before hand. she wanted to know how we felt about still booking before she took the payment out 😊 that was top notch 👌 not only that, she also went and warmed the room up for us as we were arriving 5 minutes before the last check in time at 7pm, so it was nice n cosy when we got in. Awesome service”

”The room was comfy inside but getting into the room was quite a challenge - as there were loose mats and uneven bricks. Got to the property at the same time as another lady and it was confusing as to who was staying where (2 rentals in the same space). Would honestly just pay extra to stay elsewhere next time. Didn’t really get enough info about checking in either.”

”The property was unique in the way that we felt completely relaxed and comfortable there. The new owners were onsite and very helpful. We even had a choice of pillows. The kitchen pavilion and is for guests to use. It was clean, well equipped and had a lovely area to sit. The chalets are very private set in lovely gardens. Huge king bed, good facilities, everything we needed. We’re fussy people, very happy chappies!”
