”The last few times i have stayed it rakes a while to check in as no one is maning the reception. You have to wait for someone from the bar to see you or when you press the bell to come over when they are not serving customers. There are peopke sitting around you shile your waiting to check in, which is awward as you have your bags and feel in the way. ”Staff very friendly, decor quite quirky which was why we picked it, not just the typical boring travelodge style, it is very individual. Our room was lovely, very spacious and warm, all facilities you would need. Free on-site parking a huge plus. We were staying for a gig in the city centre and an uber into town was less than £5 so can’t complain about location. Would def stay again. ”

”Easy check in with friendly staff. Room and bed were very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were lovely with breakfast having a really good selection of items with plenty of staff around if needed. Hotel is a bit of a maze with odd staircases dotted around but I quite liked the adventure. A good stay, if I find myself needing to go to the Birmingham area again I'd definitely stay here again.”

I was in the annexe building and the room was spacious, with a good sized bed, large powerful shower and good coffee making facilities. This was stop over trip the night before a meeting in Birmingham and wood 100% stay here again.”

”The rooms were very inexpensive. They were very small. But clean and the beds were a lot more comfortable than most of the beds I’m finding in the UK. The bathrooms and kitchen were meticulously clean and organized. The kitchen had and oven, stove, microwave, coffee makers and every utensil, pot, pan, or sheet I’d need to cook. The only down side is there’s no plates, bowls to put my food in. I had to eat the food out of the pans I cooked them in. And the can opener doesn’t work. But those are...
