”This place is a hidden gem, I really enjoyed this little family getaway. Each yurt has a stove, a campfire come bbq outside our yurt. Your own parking space. Your own bathroom. A communal shower and a communal kitchen with your own press equipped with all you need for cooking and dining. And your own space in the communal frigde. The beach is a 15 minute walk. A shop and pub close by too. And fota wildlife is a 25 min drive. Lots of things to do around the site for kids too. There's animals on...

”This cottage is well-equipped and in a quiet and lovely part of County Clare. The outdoor space is very useful. Dining space was good for the 4 of us. Views of the sunset were great. The drive to get there is a bit tricky. Irish country lanes are narrow and wind around a bit. Overall, wonderful stay and would stay here again. ”

”On our first trip to Ireland, trying to see as much as we could in less than a month, we somehow managed to wind up here for a week, and how very fortuitous we were. The house is comfortable, thoughtfully designed and furnished, worthy in itself of a 10-star rating, but that hardly begins to tell the story. The setting is fairytale enchanting, beyond all expectation, and our hosts Mary and Des, anticipated our every need and question, and regaled with us with Irish lore and funny stories....

”Totally great experience! We stayed 10 nights. Grocery store close by. We cooked a few nights. Our host, Christine, gave us great info of the area & places to visit. The Farmhouse was beautiful & comfy inside & out. We WILL BE BACK! Going to recommend this place to everyone traveling to Ireland!”

”We had a fantastic time at Winchmore Hill House. We had 2 families and the house was the perfect size for our large group - not too small and not too big. The large group would usually congregate in the kitchen/dining area which worked great especailly w/ the easy access to the patio. We visited many towns on our daily tours but were glad that we picked Kenmare as our base as again it was the perfect Goldilocks fit small and quaint but still plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from.”
