”This is a perfect accommodation when exploring both Richmond and London. The tube station is just few minutes away and takes roughly 45mins to central London.
The hotel itself is so well managed; everything super clean and neat. Service was outstanding all the way. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but coffee was good :)
The room itself was very small, but we dod not need much more space as we mainly just slept there.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit London, but...

”Loistava hotelli. Tilava huone. Hiljainen, hyvä sänky. Kylppärissä kaikki tarvittava. Pieni jääkaappi johon sai omat eväät. Hyvä ravintola, jossa erinomainen palvelu. Ruoka erinomaista nii illallisella kuin aamiaisellakin. Aamiainen monipuolinen ja ravitseva. Ainut pieni miinus sijainnista. Kaukana kaikesta. Mutta esim. Reissun ensimmäiseksi majoitukseksi hyvä vaihtoehto, jos haluaa kunnon yöunet.”

”We had the most enjoyable stay at this hotel. Hotel staff were just amazing, the reception ladies went out of their way to make my sons birthday memorable with balloons, card and a little gift. This was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again in this hotel.”

”Richmond Hill is my little oasis - it is far enough from east London that I feel I'm really away but easy enough to get to with a direct train and then either a 20 min walk (it is up hill!) or 7 min taxi journey.

”The property is cozy and well appointed. The staff were beyond delightful. It was a joy staying there. Beds were super comfortable and room nicely appointed. I would return to this same property on our next visit to Richmond.”

”Jos haluaa majoituksen rauhalliselta alueelta, tämä on oikea valinta. Perussiisti huoneisto, jossa ihan välttämättömin astiasto (2 lusikkaa, 2 lasia, 2 ruokalautasta jne). Onneksi kuitenkin astianpesukone, joten joka ruoan jälkeen sai pestä asiat koneessa.
Lakanat oli puhtaat, mutta lattia oli likainen, samoin keittiön seinä oli täynnä roisketahroja. Sängyn alla oli kuivunut juomaläikkä ehkä kahvia. Pinnat oli kuitenkin hyväkuntoiset, joten ne olisi ollut helppo pestä.

”Room was very clean, particularly the bathroom as looked new, although a bit odd to be placed on the 7th floor unless all other single rooms already been taken. Room furniture a little dark and not a lot of space between end of bed and desk/chair to get to wardrobe. Towels a little on the small size but manageable.
Could offer a few more options at breakfast, such as mushrooms, fried egg and selection of pastries (only had croissants).

”It was the perfect base from which to explore Kew and visit Kew Gardens. It is only a few minutes walk to the train and underground station which offers easy access to and from London.
