Very nice property
House was great, plenty of room for six of us. We had a girls crafty weekend. Very good Communication with the property manager. Definitely would recommend this property.

Minimal eating utensils/silverware. Unacceptable.
With an adult family of six and full kitchen amenities (listed on VRBO), there were four cocktail forks, one tablespoon, 4 butter knives, and one condiment (sugar) spoon. Two ice cream scoops were shared to eat breakfast (oatmeal/cereal). Unacceptable! Additionally, the Saturday night party next door (loud music/people) BEGAN at 3:00 am. We expected better from VRBO!!!

Great space in a great neighborhood!
We had a great weekend trip here! It's a spacious upstairs duplex unit. Very clean and great communication with the property manager. I've stayed at another one of their properties near the beach, and had such a great stay that I made it a point to book with them again. They do a great job! The only thing was that the listing said it could fit 10, but apparently it doesn't. Our group was just fine, though. It's walkable to some great restaurants, too! Located in a beautiful historic neighborhood close to downtown.

Nice but Accommodation Information Needs to be Updated
The house is really cute and it's a good central location, but the accommodations/amenities are not accurate. When I booked it, it said it could host 10 people, but it's been updated to 8 and it indeed can only sleep 8. The couch in the living room is different than the one pictured on the ad, and it does NOT pull out into a full. Maybe that's were the sleeps 10 came from and they got rid of it. Anyway it worked out for our group. There was an air mattress that can be used as an 8th bed, but there are no sheets for it. There also aren't a lot of eating utensils in the kitchen - did a past guest steal a bunch of spoons? Overall it was good and I would stay there again, but I didn't like that there were no sheets for the air mattress and only, like 4 spoons...

A Little Disappointed
Entrance into neighborhood a little sketchy thought we were in wrong area. Entrance into home was beautiful. After that there were disappointed that blinds in every room had broken slats. House had beds for only 7 people but advertised it slept 10(there was 2 air mattresses). Not enough silverware for our group of 5 and only 2 face cloths provided . Renters should bring their own towels and face cloths. Kitchen in dire need of pans and though each drawer was identified to have various items in them, they did not. Lots of work needed to make kitchen user friendly. Nice home but needs TLC.

Great for Family
The house is just as the pictures show. Great atmosphere for family. Kids loves the bedrooms and living room. Wife and I loved the master suite. Kitchen was up to-date with new appliances and extras for smoothies which the kids loves with the fresh fruits from the farmers market not far away. A couple of issues that we had the owners responded very fast. The parking was the only negative about the house but it also states in the description that parking is limited. We give this vrbo 5 stars. Well done…

This is a beautiful place to stay. Comfortable mattresses made for a nice sleep. I enjoyed the nice private back porch. Easy walk or very short car ride to restaurants and other entertainment

Great weekend
Everything was wonderful except for the bed in the front bedroom. Would be great for a little kid but not for an adult. Everything else in the house was just perfect and the proximity to the events we had planned was also perfect.

Great Property for the price!
Jered was very accommodating. The house was very nicely decorated, clean, and in a good neighborhood. We brought our four kids 16,14,13,11. We enjoyed movie night in the living room. It was very easy to get to where we needed to go, very convenient to downtown! We will definitely be looking to stay here again our next time in town!

Great stay!
We rented out this beautiful home for a bachelorette trip and loved it! The house was located on a quite street close to downtown and nearby restaurants, Publix. The house itself was clean and well kept. The beds were super comfortable and the sheets were clean and smelled so nice! I loved that each room had its own sound machine! The kitchen is beautiful and had everything you’ll need for your stay. The only complaint I had were that the wood floors were cracked pretty badly however the owners did let us know about that beforehand. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others/ consider staying there again! Owners were nice and responded to any messages quickly.

Loved the decor!
We had a great time staying at Jared’s home. Plenty of bedrooms to spread out & spaces where we could cook, dine & relax together. We loved the decor, went running in the neighborhood & found yummy food near by. Communication with Jared was very easy.

Great place in Jax!
We really enjoyed our time here and had everything we needed during our stay. They thought of so many little details. The beds + sheets were great, they provided soap, shampoo, etc in each bathroom (which isn't guaranteed in my experience), they had plenty of kitchen items that we needed to cook and provided coffee & tea! We also loved all the little details that made it so helpful for traveling with little kids: they had nightlights in each room, lower twin beds that the kids slept great in, sound machines, a toilet seat for kids and lots of books and great games! The internet was fast, the neighborhood was quiet (the homes were so pretty), and felt we had all the space we needed here. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Jacksonville: went to the beach, walked the riverwalk (and kids rode their scooters) and had a great time at the Christmas boat parade!

Cute 4BR Nice Stay
The house was older but was decorated nicely. The two detractors are 18 steep stairs to the unit that was challenging for older family members. It is disclosed that this is a 2nd floor unit. Parking was not ideal as you have to park oh the street. A few times we had to park several houses away from the unit. Owners were great and we enjoyed our stay. If anything there was almost too much communication before, during and after our stay.
