”Rooms look great definitely worth the stay”

”Staff was so friendly ans helpful. It was nice to talk with them at different times of the day- different staff. Parking was easy. There is a daily fee. Plenty of spaces. Close to many restaurants and shops that's walkable as well. The public areas had great seating- comfortable sofas as well as tables and chairs. All were clean. 24 hour tea, coffee and cocoa available in the downstairs area, as well as fruit infused water. Rooms were spacious and clean, as were the toilets and shower grout!...

”Staff are polite and helpful. The room was nice, expect it was cooler than normal. The bed is too soft for me, but my girlfriend liked it. This hotel looks like a motel and they built a hall around the building, maybe because mist people don't like motels. A motel are rooms in which you enter from the streeet/parking lot. A hotel, you enter a building and enter your room from inside the building.”

”I had a very good experience at this hotel. I was greeted warmly when checking in. I was asked if I needed anything to assist me. And given a choice of rooms. The accessible room was available. The property looks newly renovated. The room was big and the bathroom was very clean and had all the amenities. I look forward to staying here when visiting family!”

”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel. Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel. We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation. Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”
