”This was the perfect resort. We had a group of 11 ranging in ages from 18-71. I loved the size, not too big making it easy for everyone to get around. The food was amazing at every restaurant. Beach is beautiful and you are able to swim in the ocean. The hotel is in walking or a short bus ride to malls, clubs, flea market, ferry and so much more. I’d highly recommend! ”

”Stayed for 12 days. Check in process was seamless. Shout out to Felix. The buffet was very similar every day, The theme nights at the buffet were good. Buffet servers were great. Shout out to Jess! Pool side service was great. Shout out Charlie and Francisco! Rooms are spacious, bed was hard. Rooms are cleaned every 2 days and there’s no towel art. Main pool only has one ladder to enter or exit the pool. ”

”This is the second time staying at this hotel and it has been great. Staff members from restaurants are great and attentive. We have an issue with the room leaking water from ceiling fire sprinkler that was fixed the same day. Also we wanted to do a late check out to enjoy a little longer this hotel but they said they were booked and it was not possible and that was a real disappointment for my little ones. Other than that it was a really pleasant time staying here.”

”We had a great time and loved this resort. Great location. Loved being able to swim in ocean. Food was good as we were always able to find something to enjoy. The only negatives were the chair game was real here. Had to get up early to secure a good spot. Also, rooms were humid as all of our clothes constantly felt damp. Overall a great trip!”
