”The property was perfect for our two night stay. We really just needed a bathroom and a place to sleep, and this place was just right for that! The beds and bathroom were clean, and the AC cooled the place down immediately. Towels and wash clothes were provided as well!”

”This lovely guest cottage is secluded and tucked away behind the main house. The garden provides a wonderfully private space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The cottage is very clean, comfortable and well equipped and the Old Northwood District a great place to stay. Very welcoming host and great communication. Highly recommended.”

”Really enjoyed staying at this location in West Palm Beach. Cute accommodations with a separate entrance. Very quiet and secluded but was very convenient for everything I wanted to do in the area. I really liked the neighborhood vibe, not cookie cutter with a bunch of franchises. The host, Linda, was great and communication was excellent. Good for a single or a couple.”

”We loved our stay. My husband and I had a bedroom, sitting area, and bathroom to ourselves. Our daughter and granddaughter had a nice room also and used the main bathroom. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needed. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The owners were very helpful and communicative throughout the process. Highly recommend!”

”Very cozy and in a great location for what we needed. The clubhouse pool was perfect for us and not busy, but we met some sweet people there. The first pic does make it look like that is the pool in the listing but it’s not-however, you can still go to the PGA restaurant and use it. It does catch your attention but not exactly what you will have full access to. The beach passes were excellent and amazing and just 20 mins away!!! The negatives-cleaning certainly was lacking in corners and...

”Quiet comfortable setting”

”This is a cottage behind the main house in one of the most elegant neighborhoods in Miami. The houses on this block are amazing and this place is no exception. It is close to many attractions, nightlife, beaches and parks. You are 2 min from publix supermarket, and minutes from the beaches. The hose is wonderful and she is on-call days and night and is extremely helpful. If you are looking to visit Miami, I highly recommend Julia and her lovely cottage.”

”My wife and I and our Havapoo Snoop enjoyed this "hidden gem". The host Ferney and Geovanna did and outstanding job making sure the accommodations fit our needs. It’s no wonderful why they have earned the "Super Host" title. Ferney recommended a nice live music restaurant (Cafe Centro) that played jazz which is located less than a 10-minute drive from the cottage. The next time we visit the area, we will definitely be staying here if it is available.”
