”Room clean staff great”

”The shuttle driver was unfriendly and not welcoming. We had two rooms and neither shower worked well. Attention to detail lacking: The shower had an open, used bar of soap and there was garbage on bathroom counter. The bed was made with flat sheet sideways. The towels did not seem clean. The hotel is tired and worn. On the upside, the front desk clerk was nice. ”

”The breakfast menu was o.k, the overall cleanliness was not up to standard. The elevator was cringy, it was so dirty. Staff were friendly enough.... Parking was good.”

”Stayed 2 nights for baseball spring training games. Parking was free and convenient. Property was very clean and fresh! Staff were accommodating, attentive, and friendly. Would absolutely recommend! ”

”The pet area was just some left over pieces of fake grass soaked in urine and smelled terrible with the heat. Also my room was missing the entire bed comforter and it was super cold. ”

”This place is conveniently located to the Peoria sports complex. We were there for spring training. The hotel is very rundown with wallpaper peeling and walls painted with two different paint colors. The vent in our bathroom was boarded over. They charge a lot of money during the six weeks of spring training, but it’s just not worth it. The only positive I can say is that it’s within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. I wish they would spend some of the money repairing the hotel. ”
