”my boyfriend and i booked this hotel for two nights for our weekend trip to kings dominion. i honestly can't recommend this hotel enough! of course the location is great for our purposes, but overall it was a great experience. the room was nice and clean, the staff was super helpful (we didn't get there until after 11 and were able to check in no problem), and check out was super easy too. espcially for the low price, i'd stay here again in a heartbeat!”

”This is a great hotel to stay at for those visiting Kings Dominion. You can literally walk to the park.”

”Staff was helpful, Mexican restaurant on site was nice. Can walk to kings dominion. Rooms were nice looking with a good size fridge and freezer, and small two burner stove. Ice machines close to our room was not working, housekeeping did not check the rooms everyday to refresh towels, our room had a serious ant problem in the bathroom”

”The room was not clean. There were food items under the beds and the couch. There was no shampoo or body wash. They handed me body wash with no top and filled an empty bottle of shampoo that wasn’t meant for shampoo. The outlet by the bed doesn’t work and is coming out of the wall. There is rarely a staff member available at the desk, and they don’t answer the phone number given.”

”The TV did not work. The curtains were hanging half off the windows. The air-conditioning system turned on and turned off all night long. And I never felt so insecure in all my stays on Expedia. I would not recommend this to anyone including truck drivers.”

”Is they made service cleaning does not clean the rooms properly I literally have to had to fight cockroaches to get my clothing off the counter. Hang your clothes up if you go here so the roaches don’t get to it. The least you can do is fumigation of your property and maintenance on your property. And clean the rooms and maybe have some bedsheets that aren’t stained and dirty.”

”I booked a downstairs handicap accessible room because I struggle with stairs. I got there and was told there was no bottom floor rooms or handicap accessible rooms. Will never stay there ever again. Very disappointed!”

”The water preasure and temperature were amazing! The bed was soft, pillows plush but that frame was loud! Haha. It's on the nicer end of what you'd expect from a truck stop motel of that price but it was one I'd go back to.”

It did not lock- door reader broken, hallways constantly smelled like weed, ants in our hotel room- entire 3 night stay, no bathroom ventilation- fan did not turn on at all with lights, bathroom toilet paper roll holder not put on the wall, no hand towel holder(where one should be) flickering lights all over the hotel. ”Drug paraphernalia on the nightstand. Sheets have stains , sink and room not cleaned before checkin. Left this hotel mid-stay to go to another. Expedia nor the hotel refunded my stay even though I provided pictures”

”The first thing you notice when you walk into the lobby is the smell. The man who checked us in was on his cell phone having a conversation the whole time. The room was dirty, the shower had black mold on the floor and along the grout. The AC unit was covered in dust. The pool was freezing and did not seem well maintained.
