Family Thanksgiving
Came to Knoxville for a late thanksgiving dinner with family. Home was available last minute for a great price. Check in was easy, growing up in the area I know that there are many very old homes in need of repair. With that said the host has done an amazing job on restoring/remodeling this home. Location was perfect for access to everything. Cleanliness was a 10/10. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided. Would definitely stay again.

The property was a convenient and welcoming space for our family. Few things that we’d recommend: - several of the blinds were broken/missing slats - clear plastic shower curtain in en suite bathroom had visible mold. Time to replace it - completely outside of the owner’s control - but the next door neighbor is a challenge. Incessant barking dogs (we were warned!) and lawn mowing from 9-11p on a Wednesday night?!! Overall - an acceptable property for the price!

Family Wedding
We booked this for a family wedding. It was great having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The check-in process was a bit delayed with information, but we got in and things were fine once there. Location was nice getting to and from things.

We will be back!
This newly renovated home was perfect for our stay in Knoxville. It is about 25 minutes from the airport and about 10 minutes from the University of Tennessee and downtown Knoxville area. The home was clean and had all the amenities to make our stay enjoyable. Also, we enjoyed a nice amount of time on the pretty well shaded back deck. The host was responsive to our messaging, and the only thing I would recommend is that the host provide some soaps or body wash for the showers.
