”非常棒的位置，服务和设施。服务一流。无论是Villa的接待人员还是滑雪场的工作人员态度都非常好，非常客气。前台的妹子都很漂亮，还兼当司机，有什么问题都非常耐心的回答，有一次电话里沟通不清还特地跑到别墅当面给我示范。租赁滑雪装备时工作人员也非常耐心的给我们一件件试穿，还主动叫车送我们回别墅。住villa的客人在度假村内无论去哪都可以叫专车接送，去车站和购物中心也有专车接送，其实距离也不远，后面都不好意思麻烦他们了，自己走过去。别墅非常温馨舒适，房间也大，我们一层楼别墅住6大1小也没觉的局促。滑完雪泡个温泉，到服务中心喝个免费下午茶，再回到别墅点起个火炉坐在摇椅上简直是神仙般的享受。唯一觉得差点的就是温泉的设施，进门就要脱鞋，一路赤脚走到二楼，更衣室地板都有水，不是很干净，也没有按摩椅，和专门的温泉酒店还是有差距，但也算不错了”

”ホテルの方がとても親切で、イギリスのB&Bに宿泊したような素敵なお宿でした。ベッドルームと、リビングが分かれている広いお部屋で、小さな可愛い書斎テーブルでWifiもよく繋がり、快適に仕事をしていたのですが、エアコンがつかなったので、その日は気温が下がり、ちょっと寒かったです。ベッドルームはエアコンがあり、快適でした。夕食はボリュームもあって、前菜プレートと、ビーフシチューが特に美味しくて満足でした。（しいていえば、最後に紅茶か、コーヒーがついていれば完璧でした）朝食はそれに比べて期待していた分、ちょっと少なく、内容も寂しかったかなぁと。。でも総合的にとても素敵なお宿でしたので、満足でした。また機会がありましたらお邪魔したいと思います。お世話になりました。”

”Spent a winter wonderland of a week at Mont Cervin and can't recommend it highly enough. 15min walk from town but you never have to do the uphill yourself because the wonderful owners will shuttle you to and from the ski fields. At night they'll shuttle you up to the main strip for dinner and it's an easy walk back! I recommend adding on the brekky option, saves a lot of hassle and is delicious every morning. ”Beautiful property, wonderful public onsen, and excellent restaurant. Very peaceful location. While I loved my room (which was high up and overlooked the forest), it involved climbing some very steep stairs. Travelers with mobility issues should be careful about which rooms they reserve. The wife served the best homemade original recipe Earlgray scone for breakfast and even shared her recipe to the guest. How amazing is that?! The husband even go beyond and explain the weather of the day, gave recommendations on where to eat and where to go for onsen. You will really experience the Japanese omotenashi at its fullest.
