”We had a lovely stay at Villa Taki. It was clean and had a homely feel and the hosts were really nice.Very good location, easy walk into the village and a few nice places to eat and a 15 minute drive to the coast. Sitting in the garden or on the balcony looking at the beautiful view was so relaxing.”

”Demi and Maria were both excellent hosts, the communication was very good, any issues were resolved straight away. The property itself is very nice and in the lovely peaceful and secluded location in the town of Kathikas. The main town iswithin walking distance with restaurants and bars present. I would highly recommend staying here. They even had all the essentials ready for you on arrival such as milk, bread, coffee etc. Thank you very much for making our visit so wonderful.”

”The apartment was great overall except for the sofa in the lounge area which was really uncomfortable. It could be improved by adding a few additional features such as (i) an umbrella for the patio - this seemed to be present in neighbouring apartments or they had an awning and (ii) the BBQ was incomplete. When we arrived the iron and ironing board were missing but the communication with the host was really excellent and these were provided very quickly. We also had an issue with the entrance...

”We have just returned from the most beautiful holiday at Sea Point Villas. The villa was beautiful, set in a quiet area but close enough to walk to the beach, a couple of restaurants and a shop for necessities. Hiring a car is a good idea for getting a bigger food shop and Phillipos supermarket was a short drive away and had everything you could imagine. Lovely fresh food! Andreas and Tina were AMAZING and we could not have asked for friendlier, more helpful hosts! They were on hand at the drop...

”Perfect- nobody could ask for more. Thanks”

”Quiet location,”

”We had a great time in the flat. It was clean, very well equipped, and we could reach the hosts quickly if we needed anything. The surroundings are also great (you don't feel like you're in a tourist area, it is a normal residential neighborhood) and you can get to the city and the sea by foot.”

”Clean good location straight to beach close to important areas”
