”Great location with sun all day in the garden. Great view of the sea and the sunset. Spacious villa, 3 good size bedrooms. Owner Demi was always on hand if you needed to communicate with her. Pool area was nice and there was plenty of space for all the family to relax. Used the bbq a few times. Kathikas the village is also a nice little village. ”When reviewers put 10/10 you tend to sometimes think “Oh yeah”… but in all honestly this place was 10/10 for us. Amazing location just 5 minute walk from the main strip… but quiet. The pool was lovely and never too busy. The house was perfect and very comfortable.If I had to pick a negative it was the lack of shade by the pool but still not a major problem so am sticking with a 10/10 rating.I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family.”

”The whole experience was 10/10 plus...villa description exactly correct. Host above and beyond .But after receiving itenary , there was no need for further contact with Louise, she had already organised our airport transfers, and the villa was faultless. Special mention of how comfortable the beds were. Location brilliant / fair size shop / Legends bar / car hire x 2 , all near to villa .Have booked next year already...Gardener and pool maintenance were on hand, to keep things clean and tidy...

”Great location, off the main road, quiet area but still close enough to enjoy what Paphos has to offer. Pool maintained daily and was not busy at all. Accomadation had everything it needed for a very enjoyable stay. Perfect holiday to relax and unwind. ”

”We arrived at the property which was an easy drive from the airport and were very happy with the house. It’s really comfortable and has everything we needed. The kitchen is very clean and well equipped.. We did have an issue with the tv but that wasn’t the fault of the host. Aimee was very helpful and got it fixed ASAP, so all was well. ”We absolutely loved our stay in this charming property - we'd happily return. It's set over 5 levels and most of the rooms are separate with their own entrance from the courtyard - we didn't realise this from the photos but it was a welcome quirky change from the monotony of hotels!Costas met us when we arrived to show us around the property outlining where everything lived, how to access each of the rooms etc - he was very friendly and helpful.The house is well-stocked with towels, crockery,...

”Very well provided property, everything you could need was available. It was clean and the facilities were excellent. Only negative not relating to host or property was that at times local dog barking could be irritating.”

”Property, clean and tidy, was just right for a quiet holiday relaxing in the sunshine. The complex was just the right size, not so big that you had lots of noise late at night. Pools were kept clean with somebody checking them everyday. The property is about 4km from the airport but you don't get any noise from the aeroplanes and the motorway is just at the bottom of the hill so you can easily get to limassol or further afield. Definitely recommended. ”
