”Great location with nice little balcony and beach views. Fun aesthetic choices. Comfortable bed, though could use some more pillows. Modern, clean bathroom and kitchen. Living area layout is a little odd—could be arranged differently to better maximize the relatively small space. Nitpicks aside, still a great value for anyone wanting to stay in Manhattan Beach. ”

”This place is very clean, well kept and in the perfect location for attending World Cup games in L.A. We walked to the stadium and back. Cars trying to get to and from the game sat on the streets in traffic while we walked by.The host was easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. She even provided several extras, like a bottle of wine and snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived. The are only 2 things that might make you think about not staying in this place:1) It's not cheap....

”Overall, this was a great stay for the value. Parking: There is only one designated parking spot that is first-come, first-served. There was a silver Porsche parked there 24/7 that seemed to belong to the resident of the property. It never moved and was never available during my stay. Thankfully, there is ample street parking available and I never was w/o parking. Pay attention to the street cleaning signs.Cleanliness: As someone who has a dust allergy, this space could use a deep clean. I found...
