”Pasamos unas vacaciones encantadoras en casa de Juan. El check-in fue fácil y poder aparcar en la propiedad fue una ventaja. Teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos en la casa y un montón de espacio para la familia y nuestro perro. La casa está a sólo unos minutos en coche del paseo marítimo ya menos de media hora del aeropuerto, por lo que está en una gran ubicación.”

”After a slight hiccup on arrival, EVERYTHING was excellent! Our 10th time in the area and this has to have been the best rental. Villa was spotless. All beds were comfortable. Location 5 min walk fro beach, 15 min to San Pedro. The villa was so well equipped that we ate in every night….really was superb! We paid to use the jacuzzi…..superb! We were that impressed with it that we have already booked it for 2025!”

”The place was amazing, very modern, very spacious, all rooms cleaned to a high standard. Main bedroom with en-suite with a bath & a balcony. Large front garden & decent size outside space at the back. Everything you could’ve wanted was there! Lots of glasses, pots, pans, plates etc. perfect stay. If you had to get me to say a negative (& this would only improve an excellent stay) would be a small table & chairs on the balcony & space at the back other than that, there were no faults at all....

”Our family liked the place a lot. We thought we were resting a house, but it’s actually a very big appartment. Not too far from the beach and actually inside a golf course, so plenty of stuff to do. We especially enjoyed the sunroof and bbq. The host Eva was very nice and she was there to meet us when we arrived. Everything went really well. One minus point is that the pool is not private but shared with the naighbors, but it’s ok.”

”Mooi huis met veel erop aan maar ook een aantal missers: geen 4 lounge bedden maar twee, Ronde tafel boven geen 4 maar 3 stoelen Geen haakjes in de keuken om thee/ hand doeken op te hangen Idee: is kastjes in de badkamer te plaatsen War wel vervelend was dat er rondom verbouwd werd waardoor je moeilijk kon uitslapen Het is gelegen aan een golf gebeuren waar je in het hoog seizoen niet mag spelen en duur ook Het gehele gebeuren is gericht op golfers! Houdt daar rekening mee!!”

”For an extended family of 10 this property was perfect. The arrangement of six bedrooms and six bathrooms worked really well. The kitchen and dining area is really spacious. The children spent most of the week in the pool! As it is heated and under cover it is perfectly warm enough in early April. Easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants and the best stocked local shop I have ever seen!”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was more than adequate, a little dated with some minor issues which were mailnly wear and tear but overall we would be being very picky to rate this property under 4 star plus. The location for us was perfect except for the noise from the busy roads either side but again would not deter us from booking again. The host was easily contactable and the property provides everything you need for a long stay. This area of Benalmadena has plenty of good quality...

”La casa está muy bien, tiene todo lo que se necesita para la estancia, nos recibieron genial y la propietaria estuvo muy pendiente desde la reserva, se ofreció para indicarnos planes, restaurantes, muy bien El sitio muy bonito, está en urbanizaciones privadas, la piscina prácticamente para nosotros solos. El mar se ve por la terraza trasera Los contras son: Hay que coger el coche para todo , el aire acondicionado está en la escalera entre la primera y la segunda planta, lo que hace que se quede...

”Everything was perfect”

”A nice gettaway for a holiday. Lots of rooms to choose from. Rooms are well equipped and the views at least from the sea view rooms are great! The hotel is situated on a hill and there are plenty of differences in altitudes. There are some services in the area, restaurants and a small shop but otherwise you need to either drive to take a taxi. Stayed here now for three times already so can recommend this place!”

”Keittiön varustetaso oli surkea. Puukkoa esim. leivän tai hedelmien leikkaamiseen ei ollut. Paistolasta puuttui, samoin tiskiharja, astianpesuaine ja tiskirätti ja keittiöpyyhe. Viinilasit puuttuivat. Lautasia, mukeja, laseja oli vain 3 kpl. Sijainti oli hyvä, mutta äänekäs paikka.”
