”The building could do with a refurb. However our room although tired was clean. There was no lift to use but the staff were more than happy to carry our bags upstairs. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was good. ”

”Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The breakfast was delicious and the staff very helpful. I didn't have a chance to visit the pool and sauna however. Only item to note is the central heating system was broken the weekend that I stayed. The hotel helpfully supplied a portable heater, which helped in the evening. ”

”We were not able to have breakfast at the allotted time as we had to be out at an event. However they were kind enough to leave us bacon sandwiches outside our room so we had something to eat”

”Parking is first come first served. We had no issue. We did go around twice as we missed the entrance. Room was clean and comfortable. We would have liked a firmer mattress. Loved the wonky bits of the building. Breakfast was lovely. Good choice of everything and we asked if we wanted more. Great atmosphere in the bar, seems popular with locals. All staff were very friendly and chatty. ”

”There was a hole in the wall by bed and the light shade on the wall keep falling off.bed was very hard and the pillow was very hard . But everything else was great.”

”Car parking cost should be included. App link misleading as says scan QR code for 24 hrs. I then got a reminder at midnight the same night saying needing extending. ”

”The hotel was ok for one night stay, did not use the bar gym or pool, room was semi clean but lacked attention to detail, bed not the most comfortable and music heard in the morning from I’m assuming the gym. Staff friendly and parking is extra depending on the room you book.”
