”Good location, close to Starlight Theatre and Swope Park. Room was spacious and clean. Staff friendly, breakfast average for a hotel of this size. Parking free!”

”The room was nice and fairly large with an excellent rain shower head. Had an issue with the toilet when we arrived but it was fixed very quickly. Convenient location to the Plaza. We've stayed everywhere on the Plaza and this would rank in the upper 1/3 of places.”

”Cafe across the street. The neighborhood is a little rough around the edges and I could hear some traffic noise at night. Parking could be challenging depending on when you arrive. All things considered, I would 100 percent stay here again.”

”Locaton was perfect. The property is beautiful, well maintained and comfortable. Our room overlooked downtown and was amazing. ”

”This property is not managed, and it shows. Poor service, broken AC, no manager ever available, saw a pill in elevator and under my sink, hung up on by front desk when calling about the AC, people loitering late at night in the parking lot, no security, understaffed. On top of that, I was double billed and the manager won’t take calls to credit their mistake. Wyndham says they are a franchisee and won’t assist either. Terrible experience, do not recommend.”

”I stayed in two rooms due to me extending so I had to recheck in because of a family emergency however both rooms had a stench to it, one smelled like a cat may have urinated inside previously and the other smelled like mustiness. I thought it was just me feeling this way but when my daughter visited , she confirmed what I was smelling. Also the second room 301 had ants that actually got inside of my clothes and personal belongings. Other than that I guess the visit was a little less than fair...

”The staff was terrific! Very accommodating and happy. The room, bed, accessible features, were all good. Did not do the breakfast. Our only complaint was the directions on Google. There is so much street construction & the directions took us to a parking lot about 2 blocks away. We kept driving around & finally saw AC, & weaved our way there, frustrated & questioning our decision to stay there. However, once we mastered the gate & entered, it was smooth sailing until checkout! Would stay again.”
