”Really liked this place. Beautiful, great view, massage, service, food and drinks. Didn't know that they turn the AC off during the day but if you ask them, they can leave yours on. ”

I found it strange that there was no refridgerator in the room, seems like it was on purpose so that customers wouldn’t bring any own snacks and therefore would spend even more money in the hotel restaurant. ”The pool pictured for the property is a private pool and not the main one available. Breakfast was good but the restaurant closes very early in the evening. The staff was very kind.”
”This is not a typical hotel experience. First you are on the beach there are no concrete walkways around the property its all sand to stay with the natural part of being in the national park. Its very quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

”The staff and location were excellent. From the concierge, Jacqueline, and the rest of the staff the service was top-notch. The restaurant was excellent, and the deck had gorgeous view. I would recommend to anybody wanting to stay at a beautiful location.”

”We had the best time staying at Elements. Hotel is brand new and there was still some little touching up going on but that didnt bother us. Rooms are big and stylish and the pool area is so cozy. The staff is the most helpful you will find, they will give you tips on restaurants, beaches, cenotes etc. The breakfast is very good and healthy.
