”In general a good and comfortable stay, but for this price I would expect excellence. I found it strange that there was no refridgerator in the room, seems like it was on purpose so that customers wouldn’t bring any own snacks and therefore would spend even more money in the hotel restaurant. Many less pricey hotels offer water bottles for guests but not here, only in the lobby to drink there. Breakfast was included but it was kind of lean so I was always still hungry and I had to buy more food,...

”I love how this location is very private. It has its private entrance to the jaguar park area. You also have access to golf carts that take you around the area where you can visit the light house, the Mayan ruins and other beaches like Santa Fe. We had the ocean front villa #1. Right in front the beach and near their restaurant Bokoba. Staff was extremely friendly. The waiter Jose went above and beyond for us. He brought us breakfast to our patio a few times. Was very attentive to our needs...

”Very charming hotel, all roads are sand and you are few steps from the beach. Seaview-rooms are definitely worth the extra money!
No aircon anywhere in the hotel area, so might get a bit steamy. Good wifi but only in restaurant (you might get signal to your room if it's near to the restaurant. ”We had the best time staying at Elements. Hotel is brand new and there was still some little touching up going on but that didnt bother us. Rooms are big and stylish and the pool area is so cozy. The staff is the most helpful you will find, they will give you tips on restaurants, beaches, cenotes etc. The breakfast is very good and healthy. I saw some comments about the area being a little sketchy but I think thats just Mexico and if you're expecting clean sidewalks and only beautiful buildings...
