”We loved our stay at Villa Pescadores! The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. Thank you Vic, Bani, Francisco, David, Leo, Miguel, Ezequiel, and many more smiling faces whose name I didn’t catch. The location was peaceful and absolutely stunning. We rented e-bikes on the days we wanted to check out other areas in Tulum. Overall the perfect trip!”

”We loved the hotel's location in the National Park and on the beach. The restaurant was delicious, the staff were helpful, everything was great. We loved the free breakfast! They gave us bikes to use and we were able to visit other hotels for dinner each night and feel safe doing so. We walked to the ruins and took the electric shuttles. The only things we'd have changed was to have the bar and/or restaurant open later so we could grab apps or drinks in the evenings. We were also quite confused...

”Upon arrival, all of the stuff was super sweet. I was traveling solo and since I already had a bad experience with the prior to hotel services, it was refreshing to receive service like Astral. Staff ALWAYS checked up on me to see if I needed anything from food to cleaning to small chats. Everyone was super kind. The room was clean, and there was hot water, the views from the bubble were incredible at night except maybe they could be power washed just a little to clean the debris from the trees...

”Very charming hotel, all roads are sand and you are few steps from the beach. Seaview-rooms are definitely worth the extra money! No aircon anywhere in the hotel area, so might get a bit steamy. Good wifi but only in restaurant (you might get signal to your room if it's near to the restaurant. Nearest oxxo 2km from the hotel, around 6km to Tulum centre. Hotel rents bicycles 200pesos/24 hours and scooters 700pesos/24 hours. Price or time is not negotiable (no possibility to rent for example only...

”Staff were wonderful through my week stay. Room was clean and tidy. Food was really good too. Restaurant service was also wonderful. It’s a very small and quaint place so I didn’t really see any people this week. The only suggestion I have is around pool area and water maintenance of the pools as it is the only water you can dip into on the property. The running water ran out for about an hour each day around 3pm like clock work. The pool you get on the terrace is also not clean water and the...

”Our room was clean and location of the hotel was very good. The breakfast wasn't good and Wifi was very slow. One day we didn't have electricity and water for about 4 hours and they said that it concerns the whole city, even it wasn't (in our friends hotel it was working). It was not worth of the money we paid for this hotel. Also it would had been nice, if the hotel had mentioned about the loud noices of the building site next to our hotel. ”
