We both had a blast going to the tulum ruins and having a light breakfast everyday by the ocean. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Toch zou het fijn zijn als je iets meer preventief onderhoud wordt gepleegd aan bijv het onderhoud van de douche, veel kalkaanslag en lage waterdruk. Maar ook het dompelbad van de kamer zaten...

”Upon arrival, all of the stuff was super sweet. I was traveling solo and since I already had a bad experience with the prior to hotel services, it was refreshing to receive service like Astral. Staff ALWAYS checked up on me to see if I needed anything from food to cleaning to small chats. Everyone was super kind. ”Very charming hotel, all roads are sand and you are few steps from the beach. Seaview-rooms are definitely worth the extra money! No aircon anywhere in the hotel area, so might get a bit steamy. Good wifi but only in restaurant (you might get signal to your room if it's near to the restaurant. Nearest oxxo 2km from the hotel, around 6km to Tulum centre. Hotel rents bicycles 200pesos/24 hours and scooters 700pesos/24 hours. Price or time is not negotiable (no possibility to rent for example only...

”Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely and we slept very well. Gorgeous ambiance. We especially loved the breakfast and watching the sunrise with complimentary coffee. An added perk was the ability to use the cabanas at Mi Amor. Would definitely stay at Mezzanine again! Concierge was great and taxis were very easy. ”Our room was clean and location of the hotel was very good. The breakfast wasn't good and Wifi was very slow. One day we didn't have electricity and water for about 4 hours and they said that it concerns the whole city, even it wasn't (in our friends hotel it was working). It was not worth of the money we paid for this hotel. Also it would had been nice, if the hotel had mentioned about the loud noices of the building site next to our hotel. ”
