”This place is very spacious and nice in the Upper East Side. Check in is so easy, and there is luggage storage for before and after stay. The kitchen is well-stocked for basic cooking. TVs and air in every room and comfortable beds. The place was very clean, just the walls could use a little refresh with all the luggage in and out. Happy we stayed here!”

”The shower, conditioner and handwash bottles are not checked daily. We stayed 5 nights and ran out after the 2nd night. We had to ask 4 times to please please refill our bottles. They eventually did after a 48hr turnaround time. They also knew we were traveling with two kids (family of 4) and every day, they only gave us 2 towels. Every day we had to ask for more. Not the end of the world but annoying and shows lack of service. ”
