Loistavan sijainnin omavaa hotelli
Loistavan sijainnin omavaa hotelli. Jokka paikkaan lyhyt matka. Olin reissussa 14v siskontytön kanssa ja molemmat viihdyimme hotellissa. Huone oli suht pieni mutta ihan riittävä meille. Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin mukavaa ja todella avuliasta. Aamupala oli sellainen perus jolla tuli hyvin toimeen. Ainut huono puoli oli tien toisella puolella aamusta alkava meteli raksahommista, joka lähti naapuritalon remontoinnista

Rauhallinen hotelli hyvällä paikalla
Oli mukava ja rauhallinen hotelli, jolla on hyvä sijainti (metro/rautatieasema Rossio ja metro Restaurades) lähellä. Aamupala ok. Varsinaista ravintolaa ei ole. Hotelli sijaitsee keskellä ravintola-aluetta. Kun kävelee vähän matkaa, löytää paikallisten suosimaa tarjontaa myös. Lähistöllä on nähtävyyksiä ja ostosmahdollisuuksia kiinnostuneille.

Hotelli oli siisti ja modernisoitu, sijainti erinomainen liikenneyhteyksien kannalta. Aamiainen ihan hyvä, henkilökunta avuliasta ( ei kaikki...). Mutta huone oli aivan liian pieni!

Nautintoa parhaimmillaan
Hoelli ylitti odotuksemme. Vastaanoton kanssa sovitut asiat toteutuivat kiitettävästi loistavalla palvelualttiudella ja ystävällisyydellä. Voisi olla hyvä, jos vastaanotosta voisi lainata vedenkeitintä. Hotellin sijainti hyvä keskustan kävelyretkille, liikennevälineisiin, kauppoihin ja mielenkiintoisiin nähtävyyksiin. Hotelli oli hyvä valinta aamiaisineen.

Great small hotel in downtown. Metro and railwaystation right next to the hotel. Breakfast was also good.

Nice exploring vacation
A nice small, perky and clean hotel. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet had a rather small selection, but was nice otherwise. (Some fresh greens would've been nice). Room was small, but clean and modern (design-wise maybe a bit too tacky even). Biggest downsides were lacking larger mirror with good lighting (important for the lady), and also there were no wardrobes at all. Few hooks and fixed (yeah, really) hangers was all there was. Bed was a bit hard, but I guess that is more about personal preference, it wasn't uncomfortable if not especially comfy either. Plus for the electrical safe and (mostly) functioning free wi-fi. Location is perfect for exploring the central areas, but also basically anyplace else since the nearest metro stop is just behind the corner. I would recommend the hotel for an exploring vacation, but if you want to spend more time at the hotel relaxing I would suggest looking for something with a pool and a gym, or other extras you might want.

Aivan liian vähän säilytystilaa omille vaatteille ja kosmetiikka- yms tavaroille. Huoneessa oli yksi henkari kahdelle, kahden viikon majoittumiseen. Ei vaatekaappeja tms. Ilmastointi ei toiminut kunnolla, huoneessa oli liian kuuma. Huoneessa oli vain yksi tuoli (vaikka huoneemme oli isompi kuin perushuone), pyysimme toista, semmoista ei löytynyt. Aamiainen hyvä, sijainti erinomainen. Mukava tyyli sisustuksessa.

Hotel in Lisbon centre
Recently renovated hotel just in heart of the city along a walking street. A lot of restaurants within a couple minutes of walk. Small but cozy, modern, quiet and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good buffet breakfast. Would select again for Lisbon visit.

On both nights the rather unique and interesting lighting system failed. The hotel staff were as helpful as possible and attempted repairs. When they were unable to fix the problem we were given two days. Of complimentary breakfasts for both of us. Rooms fronting on the street can experience a bit of noise, but overall not too bad for a big city hotel.

The website of the rooms is misleading, the rooms has mould in the bathroom. We asked to change room and the second room had also mould. The ladies who works in front they don’t say hi and their not helpful. If you have young kids I would not recommend this hotel. The sheets on the bed were not changed everyday . The cleaning lady would only make up the bed. The location is excellent, is near two metro station 5mins walking distance. Lots of tourist in the area. There’s a lot of restaurants.

Great location but NOISY! Stayed for 5 nights a few days ago. Pretty basic hotel, small room with no counter space in bathroom. Location can’t be beat. Few minutes away from Restaurodores and Rossio squares. Lots of restaurants and shopping a few steps away. However that is a double edged sword. We were at the second floor, towards the front, and even with the shutters and glass windows closed, we can still hear people in the restaurants across the narrow alley in front, dishes and silverware clinking up to way past midnight. After it gets bearable in the early morning, here comes a garbage truck! On a few nights there was even a street singer, ugh! We also couldn’t adjust the AC/heater for the first 4 nights and it was stuffy so we ended having to crack open the windows, even with the noises, which I could still hear even with earplugs. We told the front desk and the guy said the thermostat is centrally controlled so we can’t do anything about it. Thankfully on our last night they disabled the central controls and we were able to adjust the thermostat and keep the windows closed. I don’t mind basic hotels but lesson learned here, ask for a room at the back!

Great location for everything. Busses, metro and trains all within a short walk from the hotel. Plenty of eating choices on the doorstep. I was delighted with my choice and would happlily recommend this hotel. Rooms are clean and functional a bit on the small side, but you dont go to Lisbon for the room. Breakfast was continental with a great choice. We stayed 3 nights in March.

Excellent location and service by staff
The location is excellent. Restaurants are within walking distance and the busses/metro is nearby. Hotel was nice and clean and we could drop off our luggage before check in that is always a plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful and always wanted to assist and make sure we're happy. The buffett breakfast was delicious with a nice spread. Will defintely stay their again.

The location of this property is outstanding as we were within walking distance of transportation, shopping, food and our favourite was Rossio Square, we went there every night for a night cap. Very clean room and staff was great to work with especially Beatrice. Our flight was changed and we had to stay an extra night and they were very accomodating which took away some of the stress. Thanks for a great stay.

Decent hotel, very small rooms, had to book a bigger room just to be in a normal size room. Breakfast is served at 7 but it is never ready at 7 as the buffet only starts to get prepared at that time. Staff was very nice and the woman at the front desk was especially helpful telling me how to get around town. Also, the breakfast is very nice!
