This hotel is loaded with Beatles memorabilia and steps away from Matthew Street where Cavern Club is located- a not to miss for Beatles fan. I couldn’t ask for a better location for a hotel.

What we found was the location was perfect for Beatles adventures. The hotel was nice. The breakfast was good, the staff were great but the building was old. The water in the room had one temperature and that was scalding hot. The light in the room seem to be in all the wrong spots. But for one night it worked, a few days and I would have asked to change rooms or have changes done to our room.

This property was wonderful! Great location, wonderful service and friendly staff. If you love the Beatles, you’ll love it here. There isn’t a gym, but I knew that when I booked. Easy to run/walk along the river.

Poor checkin and out. Not too accommodating or overly friendly No one answers the phone when you call. No vip access or upgrades etc No one assists with bags. Parking is a pain with little advice from staff

The room was not good due to a heating and electricity problem. We froze on the first night then it was not really fixed very well. They should have moved us to another room but did not. The electricity in the room was faulty as well. That is not a good look for such a nice hotel. The staff were nice but I wish the problems were handled better!!

I like the location and the Beatles theme in the whole property. I didn't like there were no usb ports in the room, 2nd night it was a licking on one of the lights inside room, which is super dangerous. So a woman came to the room and she took all my belongings and moved me to another room at 1am. She wasn't very polite, but that was the only solution. The hotel needs more maintenance. The room was very cold as the windows didn't close well. So they offered me an extra heater. The restaurant inside the hotel was closed, so the only option is a bar that doesn't prepare any elaborated food but you have restaurants just around the corner, including the Cavern club and the Cavern restaurant. There's no microwave or fridge in the rooms. I also tried the afternoon tea and it doesn't worth it at all. It cost £80 and the food included wasn't very good or neither abundant. Was disappointed to me. In spite all of this, i will come back because the the price/location ratio is unbeatable.

Excellent location, right next to Mathew Street. Amazing staff - particular mention for Eric the concierge who went above and beyond and was so kind to my son during our stay. amazing hotel in a great location and they have a happy from 5 till 8 £3 a pint and 2 for 1 cocktails a bargain!!

Excellent Hotel right in the heart of beatles history. Everything on the doorstep. Excellent room, good breakfast. Very friendly and professional staff

My friend and I were impressed that our cases had been taken to our room. There were a couple of things that weren't brilliant : No light in the wardrobe and there was only 1 coat hanger until we took the robes off then we had 3. A plug is needed by the mirror or a mirror putting up by a plug. The kettle was in the wardrobe which took us a while to find it due to no light, no decaf tea bags. No information in the room about the hotel or surroundings. We weren't told the restaurant was closed to guests due to a valentine function. Breakfast was a bit of a shambles, as any table where no one was sitting was still full of dirty plates, cups ect. The staff seemed very stressed about the state of the restaurant. On the plus side the hotel is gorgeous the beds were comfortable and we would come back to the hotel.
