The rooms had ants, they didn't even try to move us. They did send someone to clean it, the next day, but cleaning didn't get rid of the ants. We had to store all the food in the refrigerator which made some of it soggy. Dented toaster. Thread bare mattress for the futon we had to use for a second bed. The futon fell fell apart when opened, I had to reassemble it to be able to sleep on it. We lost the oven for the first night. Had to wait for the next day for someone to fix it. Unresponsive for the more serious issues and combative about providing a flat sheet after not finding it in either of the places they said it would be. Apparently there was only one flat sheet for each bed and that was all they were going to provide. Even though they put both flat sheets on the bed in the bedroom and acted like we were trying get away with something when we couldn't find any other sheets in the closet or under the futon where we were told to look. Bad customer service. They completely ignored my request to be moved. It was in a nice neighborhood. There were many restaurants nearby. The space itself would have been great if it wasn't for the ants and beat-up 2nd bed.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage. Man konnte mit der Underground oder zu Fuß alles gut erreichen. Leider hatten wir Probleme mit warmen Wasser in der Dusche. Kalt oder heiß - dazwischen gab es nichts - deswegen einen Punkt Abzug. Die Kommunikation per Email/WhatsApp und Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos.

This was the noisiest apartment that I ever stayed in. Street noise echoed through the entire apartment. The apartment was comfortable, but the chairs were rickety. The bedding was good. The bath was good.

Though the property contract was nice, my family and I had the worst experience. The heater did not work for days, and there was no hot water ourentire stay. Very unsatisfied with this property. Additionally, the pictures are very deceiving, the property did not look like the pictures at all!!

You need to pick up the key, 3km away from the flat. Missing information about the way you should enter and unlock the front door. 300GPB in assurance, without knowing if/when they cancel the guaranteed block on your credit card. Extreme loud ventilator outside, meaning you need to move the bed. The TV is working but has no channels. The hairdryer is functional but very old and makes noises and you are afraid of if its will blow up, when using it. The place is clean and overall in good shape.

Was not able to check into property despite requesting a late check in, getting charged for a late check in and then being told we couldn’t check in when we arrived. Next day was marked as a no show and again told we could not check in despite it being 11am and check in being at 3pm. Had to find another property, which didn’t happen until 3am. Property knew we had our family with no where to go and didn’t care. Even offered to pick up key from them but they were unwilling. The next day not allowing check in again made no sense. Would not recommend booking this property!!!!!

The apartment was clean. It has restaurants at a walkable distance. The metro was not close, but about 10 mi.The issue is the poor communication with the manager office. They were unresponsive before and during our stay. I booked thinking the apartment was in a certain address and the day before my arrival they sent me another address and sent me pick up the keys in a different location, blocks a away, making it VERY INCONVENIENT, since we, as all the travelers, were carrying luggage. Also, they sent a form to fill up, asking for personal information, which I think is too much and not necessary, it makes you feel very unwelcome. They sent you a pdf with instructions, which says use the fob to get into the apartment, so we follow the instructions, and it didn’t worked. I message them, and as expected, they didn’t answer. We figured out that the fob is not needed, instead use just the key. Our stay was unpleasant, because it was very hot, they don’t have ac, just a non working fan, so we had to have the windows open, but it was extremely loud outside. We contacted the team with this issue and they didn’t respond at all. Tons of rules and warnings about not to get in touch with them unless the apartment is burning. The beds are uncomfortable, they have VERY THIN mattresses. This is the worst experience I ever had with Expedia as well, every time I contacted them with an issue about this, they said they couldn’t do anything. I won’t book apartments through Expedia in the future.

I would not recommend it!

The apartment itself was as nice enough, except that the actual apartment was not the same as in the ad. Different address and the pictures on hotels.com was not from the actual apartment. Our problems started on our second evening, when water started coming out of the roof, more exactly; through the electrical system. What do we do? We tried calling the landlord, but no answer - not even on the 'in case of emergency' number. Knowing that water and electricity does not match very well, this night we did not sleep good... The next day we got hold of the landlord who came over while we were out. No feedback to us about the problem. Very disappointed about the landlord, and I would strongly recommend you to look elsewhere for an apartment.

Not very clean or family friendly, good location

We ordered the apartment through hotels.com based on description and pictures presented more than a month before our arrival. There were problems in contacting the owners right from the beginning. Apparently the apartment we ordered is not at the address listed in confirmation but in another building managed by the same agency. The check In office Is not just outside the apartment but actually about 15 minutes drive from it, Which is extremely inconvenient especially after a long flight arriving with the baby. There is an additional charge for everything, 40 pounds for cleaning, 50 pounds For arrival after eight in the evening and additional 40 pounds for getting the keys Inside the apartment so we ended up paying in cash almost for additional night. And even after agreeing to beAlso they check out is very early,

Ett bra alternativ till hotell. Lägenheten var mycket trevlig och modern. Incheckningen skedde på ett annat ställe än där lgh låg, men inga problem att ta sig till lgh efter en snabb och smidig incheckning.

Great Apartment if the price is right

Overall a good stay as long as you know what you’re getting into. You have to go pick up the keys at another location and pay £40 in cash for the cleaning fee. I knew both these things ahead of time so I was prepared and was okay with it ( you get what you pay for and we saved a bit staying here versus other options). The apartment itself is great and is close to an easy underground stop, which has the line that goes to Heathrow. So checking out and going to the airport was a breeze! On arrival, We ended up sending half the group and luggage to a bar around the corner from the apartment while I went up north to collect the keys. It wasn’t that big of a deal but it did take me about 45 min roundtrip. The apartment was clean and bed was comfy, so no complaints there. We would definitely stay here again, provided the price was still decently lower than other options - for the inconvience of getting the keys (and don’t forget to add in the cleaning fee when comparing to other hotels). My only complaint is that the towels are very small, they barely fit around me, and I’m not a large person. They also didn’t provide more than one towel per person so we ended up using our bath towel as the hand towel and washcloth as well. But that is workable, just an easy and cheap suggestion to make things better!

Fantastic Apartment

This apartment was fantastic, clean, well stocked, and spacious. Perfect for a couple an extended work trip.

Great apartment, disturbed by surprise jackhammers

The apartment itself was wonderful - better than expected. Well decorated, very clean and with a handy kitchen. The check-in process was a little laborious - we traveled from our previous hotel, taking a 30£ cab ride over to their unmarked office. After checking in we got a laminated sheet giving us directions to where the apartment was which happened to be another 16£ cab ride. It would be better if there was a shuttle to and from since it was expensive to transit with our bags. That was a bit annoying but wholly forgivable until the construction started. The entire sidewalk in front of the apartment was ripped apart by jackhammers starting at 8am. We weren't given the heads up and when I contacted the property manager, they said "We feel sorry for your inconvenience, but please accept that we can't be responsible for anything what is having place outside our apartments." When fleeing the apartment to escape the noise, a board had to be laid down to allow us to get over the rubble. I would recommend confirming with the hotel that there's no construction happening during your stay at this otherwise very decent accommodation.
