Guests will collect the key from a secure collection point located just a 5-minute walk from the property. Full instructions, including the collection address and access details, will be sent ahead of your arrival. After check-out, the key must be returned to the same collection point.
We’re pleased to offer early check-in and late check-out options (subject to availability) for a one-off fee of £50. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to confirm availability.

For this reason, we have compiled a few pointers that we would politely ask guests to note before their arrival and practice throughout their stay:

PLACIFY operates a strict zero-tolerance policy for any rules breached. Following our 'first/last reminder', PLACIFY will take legal action for an immediate security eviction, forfeit of security deposit and impose a £200 security/police callout surcharge
