Yksin reissussa.
Tuttu paikka, taisi olla neljäs kerta jo täällä. Sijainti on se juttu, miksi olen tällä tykännyt yöpyä. Kerran olen viikon verran ollut etätöissäkin tällä. Ainoa isompi miinus, että lämmintä vettä ei tällä kertaa tullut. Aikaisimmilla kerroilla on ollut aika 50/50 onko tullut vai ei.

Budjettimatka hyvällä sijainnilla
Olin kokonaisuudessaan tyytyväinen hotelliin. Huone oli yksinkertainen ja siisti. Ainut miinus oli tunkkainen, märältä koiralta haiseva huone ja wc-tila haisi puolestaan viemäriltä ja tupakalta. Aamiainen oli yksinkertainen, mutta parempi kuin odotin. Valmiilta listalta sai valita 4 haluamaansa tuotetta.

Positives: Good value at £120 with my discount for 2 nights including breakfast. Free coffee machine a nice touch in the lounge. Small but clean shower barhroom. Negatives: Attitude of one of the breakfast staff, I arrived at 925am, 5 minutes before breakfast orders finish, she said we are closed now, I said surely not, it's not 930am yet Then she said ok. I think she expected me to turn around and leave. Hair in pony tail. Was pretty unfriendly the first morning as well. The breakfast staff, all behave llike they resent their job and the guests. Time to recruit some customer service professionals as they let the hotel down badly. Room was very narrow, couldnt open my suitcase without taking up the route to the bathroom. Room was a "Superior double." Reception staff say it's not their job to help guests get their luggage upstairs. There isnt a lift.

Regarding the room, you booked a "small" superior double not a superior double. The superior double is more spacious and it costs a mere 10.00-15.00 more.In future you could opt for this choice.We do not have a lift and it is not advertised anywhere. Porterage is provided by higher categories hotel not by the 2* ones. If guest have mobility issues can contact us and subject to availability, we always try to keep these guests as low as possible.Best wishes

You can help yourself to free tea, coffees and hot chocolate at any time.Our continental breakfast is free and varied. You can chose from cereal to yogurt, from toast with cheese or jam and butter and fruits plus coffee e, tea and juices. You also have the option to pay a bit extra for a full English breakfast.Best wishes

Confort simple et efficace. La chambre était propre et confortable. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de bouilloire dans les chambres et quelques sachets de thés n'auraient pas été pour nous déplaire. L'hôtel est bien situé avec les transports à proximité. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, surtout les toasts aux oeufs-mayonnaise 😃. Le personnel est très agréable. Nous pourrions revenir sans hésitation. Seul bémol : les serviettes de bain n'était pas toutes très propres malgré le lavage.

Das Zimmer war so klein, dass man sich kaum bewegen konnte. Die Bettdecken waren nicht sauber. Haare waren ebenfalls zu sehen sowohl im Bad als auch auf der Bettwäsche Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und würde es auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen

It was a great time! We are the family of 4. We stayed for 3 nights. We were just sleeping in our room and sightseeing for the rest of the day. The shower was very clean and hot. We had to walk to another building to breakfast which was great to fully wake up. Great place, greate location! Pizza Piligrims has delicious Italian pizza and is 8 minutes away.

Fürs Frühstück musste man auf einem Zettel ankreuzen, was man haben möchte. Die Auswahl war sehr klein. Die Toastsandwiches waren sehr trocken. Heisse Schoggomilch für Kids gab es nicht. Raum war trist, nichts gemütliches. Für ein 2-Sterne-Hotel doch etwas mager.

Dear DanielThank you for taking the time to write this review.Sorry to hear that you were not happy with our linen changing schedule.Upon check in you were given a leaflet with information about the hotel linen changing information. We changed your towels on 14th, 18th we changed all linen including sheets, duvet, pillowcases and towels, and towels were changed again on 23rd September.We are also sorry you were not satisfied with our generous free continental breakfast, with a choice from fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, croissant and toast with cheese or jam. We think it offers excellent value compared to buying this in a restaurant or store. We hope despite this that you still enjoyed your stay and will consider visiting us again. Best wishes,

Dear AmandaSo sad to see what a low score you gave us! Can you please tell us what was so "terrible" during your stay in order to be able to put whatever it was wrong right and to avoid such a score in the future.No guest should blame the hotel if they booked a room with a non-refundable rate and cannot get their money back when their plans change.Best wishes
