While the apartment does have elevator access, there are a few steps at the entrance before reaching the lift. This may pose a challenge for guests with mobility issues or those who require step-free access.

We trust that our guests will take good care of our home and leave it as they found it. However, we do have a few house rules:

- No parties are allowed on the premises at any time
- Keep down the noise, especially after 10:00 pm
- No smoking
- No pets
- Unfortunately, luggage storage is not available
