    Recently renovated and thoughtfully furnished, the apartment is a private, secure space designed to feel like a true home away from home. Ideal for couples or solo travellers, it comfortably accommodates up to two guests and features a luxurious king bed, which can be arranged as two singles upon request. Soft linens, fresh towels, and complimentary teas, coffees, and toiletries are provided to help you settle in from the moment you arrive.

    The flat includes a modern private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals at your convenience, along with a coffee machine and mini fridge. A dedicated workspace, ample storage, and a TV make it equally well suited for both leisure and business stays. Located on the third floor and accessed by stairs, the apartment offers a quiet and exclusive atmosphere, with no communal living areas—just shared access to the front entrance.

    Digital self check-in ensures a smooth and flexible arrival, while complete privacy allows you to relax and unwind at your own pace. Whether you’re exploring nearby theatres, strolling to world-famous landmarks, or simply enjoying a cosy evening in, this centrally located apartment is the perfect base for experiencing the best of London.

Shower water starts cold then becomes scalding hot with no way to adjust the temp. Host did not answer any messages. No cloth or paper towels for the kitchen. WiFi is extremely poor. Door access codes are 9 digits each and they lock automatically. Would never ever stay here again.

The room was not cleaned upon arrival and bathroom was not cleaned, with no spare towels or bedsheets for me to change them myself. Host promised to call me to see if the check in process was okay, which he didn’t do and ended up ignoring all messages and calls. I had to call support who also couldn’t reach him, leaving me with no option but to sleep on the floor and was forced to buy a towel from a shop. The room was cleaned for the second and final night after phoning support again who managed to get through to him. I received no apology from the host and no partial refund for the first night, which I is unacceptable. Would not recommend!!

A revised description...Step into an ascetic aesthetic at this contemporary, inadequately equipped apartment set just moments from Trafalgar Square. Recently renovated and sparely furnished, the apartment is a private, secure space, okay for couples or solo travelers. It accommodates up to two guests and features a lumpy king bed, actually two singles, minimal, mis-sized linens, too few threadbare towels, and several complimentary, hard-to-replace coffee pods, and no toiletries are provided to help you settle in from the moment you arrive.The flat includes a modern private bathroom and a barely equipped kitchen with a few of the things you need to prepare meals at your convenience, though no basics and nothing you might require to clean up, along with an esoteric coffee machine and a tiny mini fridge on the floor, and no table for dining or second chair. A lampless desk, zero storage, and a TV make it equally poorly suited for both leisure and business stays. Located on the third floor and accessed by stairs, the digital self check-in code does not always work, while complete privacy allows you to relax and unwind at your own pace, secure in the knowledge that the owner and management companies will remain utterly unavailable for the duration of your stay.
