Super located, clean, tiny space
Super-modernized interior compared to the Victorian outlook of the outside :-) just like in hotel's marketing photos. Rather tiny room just perfect for a honeymoon trip. Toilet super small, like in a cabin of a ferry. Bed mattress was a very hard. Breakfast was a basic British one. Everything worked, well, the fridge was quite warm...

The hotel set the AC so you can't use the cool option until they enable it. The first night i had to open the window. Then i upgraded the room and again the room was hot, the cool option was disabled and the windows were sealed so it can't be openned for oxigen, the guy at the front desk couldn't get a response from the manager or maintenance. After a few hours asking for a solution he was instructed to press a button to enable the cooling function in my room.

The front desk staff was very helpful. The morning breakfast was very good and most convenient to get the day started. The room was pretty small, but we adjusted to that. The elevator worked well and was handy. The location was a little bit further from "the action" in London, but there were plenty of transportation options to use. At night the rooms were quiet. You could hear when the room above flushed the toilet or used the water in the sink....but that never woke us up. Overall a nice, clean and friendly hotel.

Great location just a block away from Paddington Station. Small rooms and cramped bathrooms but perfect for a short stay. Breakfast was great and the staff were nice. My only complaint is the poor internet service which made it near impossible to do any work from the room.

Staff at front desk and breakfast were excellent and friendly. Suite we stayed in was across the street from main hotel but convenient for breakfast etc. Hotel is only a block from Paddington Station, several metro lines, and the Heathrow Express. The suite for three adults, mom with two adult daughters, was roomy enough and affordable for a week’s stay. Three large windows looked onto street and A/C worked well. Our room was a couple of floors above the bar and the conversation/noise was present but muffled and not a problem falling asleep. There are half a flight of stairs, even with the elevator-which was especially useful for getting the bags up to the room. The mattresses are not thick or soft but comfortable enough. The bathroom is small (think futuristic “space shuttle”) but not unusual for this price range. Having the kitchenette was helpful but we only used it to reheat leftovers. The closet was small so we ended up keeping our suitcases open and stored under the bed. Overall a good stay and I would recommend the suite as a roomy solution rather than two separate rooms for three females who were able to share the space well.

Great location. Rooms not sound proof we could hear the snoring from room next door and talking late at night.our room had windows that didn’t open. Rooms were stuffy and hot. Air conditioning doesn’t work with temperature outside at 20C. We were very hot trying to sleep. Breakfast good. Staff fantastic. Tiny showers

Small but good, clean, stylish, good friendly and helpfull staff, they have tea, coffee biscuits in the room and you can just get more from downstair. They gave a free beer/soft drink voicher can be used in the next door bar. The beakfast was good with enough options.

The rooms are very small but have what you need. Front desk staff was friendly and served a good breakfast, with friendly staff in the breakfast room.

Great location, close to Paddington Station, Hyde Park, The Regent's Park, and within walking distance to the Victoria and Albert Museum, Covent Garden and the Thames. Good breakfast selection. Helpful staff. Clean room and compact bathroom with shower. Note that the property is not wheelchair accessible - four steps up at entrance and despite elevator, some bedrooms (and baths) have additional steps up to access.

For London standaards this was a good hotel. Fine breakfast, nice staf, room had enough space to move. You get a welcome drink in the pub across the street. Bathroom was not so good, leaking, bad smell and small.

It was a great stay - easy from London Paddington station and the manager at front desk was super and so helpful - great value for money and nice breakfast sorted us for day out on town - would stay again.

Das Hotel ist super zentral & das Personal sehr freundlich! Das Zimmer war allerdings sehr klein, stickig und eng, besonders das Badezimmer. Dies glich einer Campingdusche und jeder, der nur etwas mehr auf den Rippen hat, wird da ein Problem haben. Zudem war überall Schimmel. Meine Bitte, das Zimmer zu wechseln, konnte nicht erfüllt werden, da ausgebucht. Das Frühstuck war englischer Standart. Zumindest gab es Nutella, zur Freude meiner 9jährigen Zwillinge

Although the hotel is refurbished however the space in the bedroom is tiny.Bathroom & shower area are very tiny & uncomfortable. The bed is too small.

I liked the modern clean style of the decor and rooms. The breakfast was great. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The bed was comfy and the room seemed clean. The furnishings were sparce and a bit worn but everything worked. The only downside for me was that there was no extractor fan working in the bathroom so the room and especially the bathroom smelled very fusty. Also the window didn't close fully so there was some street noise. I wear earplugs so not a big deal for me. I would stay here again as it's super convenient for Paddington station (and so Heathrow)

My single room was tiny but had everything I could possibly need. The whole place was perfectly clean and all guests were generously provided for, with a pleasant, helpful man at the entrance desk 24 hours a day. Excellent breakfast too. Delicious coffee!

The service of this hotel is pretty good for my stay in terms of accommodation, access to place to visit for my meeting (both in and out of London), and relaxation after job meetings.
