The alarm system is a legal requirement for all hotels, and is there for all our safety. i appreciate the frustration and irritation that this causes, but we have to investigate each activation, to ensure what has occurred and if it is a fire related cause.I shall follow up with the team with regard to your comments on helpfulness at reception as well as the good comments you have mentioned to.Thank you for staying with us and giving me the feedback so we can further improve our services.
