The Space:

Once inside, you’ll find a bright and generously sized one-bedroom apartment, thoughtfully laid out across 401 sq ft to make the most of the space. The apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout, so it stays comfortable whatever the season.



The open-plan living area is spacious and welcoming, with a comfortable sofa bed and a large Smart TV - perfect for unwinding after a day out or settling in for a cosy evening. There’s also a dining table with seating for four, ideal whether you’re enjoying a meal, catching up on some work, or planning the next day’s adventures.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped to make self-catering easy and enjoyable. You’ll find an oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher (because holidays shouldn’t include washing up), Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle, along with all the essential cookware, crockery and cutlery. Whether you prefer home-cooked meals, have dietary requirements, or just want the flexibility to eat in, everything you need is at hand.



The bedroom offers a calm and comfortable retreat, featuring a freshly made king-size bed with quality linens, built-in wardrobes, and plenty of storage space. It’s a great place to recharge after a busy day. Fresh towels are provided for all guests.



The contemporary bathroom includes a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo, soap and body wash, so you can travel a little lighter.



High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, making it easy to work remotely, stream your favourite shows, or stay connected with friends and family. On arrival, you’ll also be welcomed with a small welcome pack including tea, coffee and biscuits.



Weekly cleaning is included for longer stays, with additional housekeeping available on request. Heating is centrally managed to ensure year-round comfort, and self check-in is straightforward via key collection just a five-minute walk from the apartment.



The apartment is located on the first floor (please note there is no lift) and can comfortably accommodate up to four guests - two in the bedroom and two on the sofa bed. The property is strictly non-smoking and does not allow pets. A completed check-in form and valid photo ID are required prior to arrival.



Check-in is from 3:00 pm, with clear instructions sent in advance, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Late check-out may be available subject to availability and a surcharge.

This is a meet-and-greet property, so guests are personally welcomed by a member of our team on arrival. To ensure a smooth check-in, please let us know your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours in advance.



Meet-and-greet check-in is available daily between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm, allowing flexibility whether you’re arriving earlier in the evening or later at night. Your host will meet you at the property, show you around, and be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

The nearest Tube station is Covent Garden (Piccadilly Line), which offers fast connections across London. If you’re heading to other major hubs, Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus and Holborn stations are also just a short walk away.



There are plenty of bus routes running through the area, and taxis are never hard to find. Whether you prefer a classic black cab or an app-based service like Uber or Bolt, you’ll have plenty of options.



The neighbourhood is compact and easy to explore on foot, which is part of the charm, many of the best sights are within a short walk. If you’d like to cycle, there are Santander Cycle docking stations nearby, making it simple to get around on two wheels.
