”The room was clean but it needs some updating. The bed was old and bathroom window needs to be covered from the light.”

”The staff were amazing. Food and drinks top notch, beds comfortable, rooms well styled. Shower was hot! Yay!! Not too far off the Cotswolds way, I was able to walk there.”

”A great place to stay, accessible and beautiful.”

”We had a fantastic stay here in one of the new deluxe rooms. The room was incredibly comfortable, very well furnished and spotlessly clean with a large bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of hot dishes (special praise for the eggs benedict) alongside fruit juices, pastries, yogurt etc. We also had an evening meal in the pub which was again very nice. The pub is conveniently located a few minutes from the Bath park and ride. We'd...

”Really lovely stay. Traditional feeling pub in beautiful location. Food fantastic and breakfast absolutely worth adding on”

”Loved this hotel very well situated next to park and ride into Bath, lovely themed rooms with everything you need and very helpful staff , hope to come again !”

”It was a lovely room, nicely decorated and good quality presentation of the room including the tea/coffee facilities in the room, but there were 2 things that let it down. Firstly it was a very cold room, the radiators weren't on in both the bedroom and the bathroom, and the aircon unit in the bedroom, which was also a heater was not that powerful, and also there was no heating in the bathroom, and with the very large porcelain floor tiles in the bathroom, it was freezing! The other thing that...

”Fantastic hotel great rooms and staff were helpful. Very good location too.”

”The owner was proactive and contacted me in plenty of time with details such as where to park. The flat has good cooking facilities and a very effective washer/dryer for your clothes. The bed was comfortable if a bit soft for my liking. This is an excellent base for exploring around Bristol and to the south. If your satnav suggests using Manor Road to approach from the south force it to use wider roads, Manor Rd is more like a Devon lane than a real road!”

”Jännässä paikassa sijaitseva urbaani hostelli. Viihtyisä ja rauhallinen, erityisen persoonallinen! Ohjeet sisäänkirjautumisesta tulivat ajallaan ja olivat hyvät. Erinomainen hinta/laatu-suhde.”

”The hotel is very nice. Our room was comfortable and smartly decorated with Occitane products in the bathroom. We had a lovely view towards the bridge, which is prettily lit at night. Reception staff were well-trained and helpful throughout our stay. Hotel is easily walkable to several excellent restaurants and cafes. We’ll stay again.”

”Very helpful and friendly nothing to much trouble very original and charming do not expect all mod cons meals amazing no complaints”

”The hotel is lovely and staff were very helpful indeed. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Lots of stairs so be prepared but lift is also available. Disappointed to learn after booking the hotel that I had to pay for parking each day. I think over 24 hour stays should have parking included. I would recommend this hotel but be aware it’s on a steep hill. Bus service was excellent and drops right outside.”

”Great stay, the main reason why we returned was for the breakfast it is delicious”
