”Visited Ramada hotel in December and they reserved extra 100 eur from my credit card as they said that my fully paid reservation via hotels.com was not received. Extra reserve seems to be valid for 1 month and had yet no time to solve this because still travelling. Usually no such hassle with major hotel chains after checked out properly and this keeps me from using Ramada again.”

”- Friendly staff - Freedom Land, Tour & Cultural Show were thr best!!!! - Place gives us nostalgic feeling, super great concept preserving historic houses - Good beach - Check in staff did not fully explain inclusions of our package as such we missed free boat ride - Initial room - aircon not working - “highway robbery” with water - not allowing guests to refill water bottles, room only had 1 set of water bottles —> we could have heat stroke!!!! - Buffet breakfast spread wasnt good / enough ”

”I expected less for the price. It was very nice. The buffet breakfast was a great variety of item’s. All kinds of coffee. Only negative is pool closed at 5 pm. That is so inconvenient. During the day we have activities and come back to the hotel and pool is closed. This makes no sense at all. You are not thinking of your customers.”

”The room was nice and clean. Bathroom worked and there was warm water from the shower. Hotel is located in the small narrow street. Staff was friendly and helpful. In restaurant in-order food was good. Breakfast was typical Philippines( corned beef?), which is not so tasty.”

”A very good hotel for families thanks to related aquarium and related facilities. Also a very different room when you can see fish behind your glass wall of you room. Everything went well, it is just not reasonable that the hotel would assume a family with 2 adults and 2 kids to sleep in one bed.”
