”A bit dirty in the room. Some weird brown stains on the kitchen wall and quite a bit of dust. In spite of that we enjoyed our stay here. This is our second stay at this hotel and we plan to return. It’s a very bright apartment like room with an excellent view. Very relaxing place to stay and close to everything. You can even walk 15 minutes to Hakata Station. ”

”The Hotel is unattended, anyhow the hotel manager is always available for any help using the Check-in/out terminal at the entrance. The room was great, comfortable, the facilities, especially those in the kitchen, are excellent and the hygiene and cleanliness are perfect. I strongly suggest this hotel for a good stay.”

”Was very impressed by this hotel since we've never checked into a no reception desk hotel before. Everything was communicated well. The room was clean and well stocked with towels. We had no reason to call for housekeeping for anything additional although they were there daily. They had an ebike/scooter in front of the hotel so that was very convenient. It was also tucked into the alley and that provided a good feel of the lifestyle. And yes, there is a Japan tax that will need to be paid at...
