”The accomodation - room/apartment was excellent but the check in and check out staff, communication and attitude was atrocious For such a nice accomodation - the check in person I was allotted took me 2 hours for him to show up - no email from the check in saying where to go and when checking out wouldn’t even arrange transport to the airport as the wifi wasn’t working Great accomodation Extremely poor service by the check in and check out crews Absolute shame - will book a hotel next...

”Very comfortable hotel with a great location. The "smart" check in process is annoying and for us did not work at both Minn properties as hotels.com confirmation number is not the hotels reference number which causes confusion and needs assistance from humans that are not really there. They are there but they just tell you to use the online survey check-in process which is glitchy. We watched many travelers with similar issues.”

”Great location, close to nishinkasai station, rooms have great design and were large enough for japan standards. 4 of us fit comfortably. Staff were super friendly and helpful.”

”Stayed for family of 5 in a room. The check in process is a bit confusing. But we finally figured out how to contact someone on the IPad provided at the front desk. Overall, the space and size of the place is just right. It is close to transportation and convenience store which is a plus. The cost for the value is ok, a little higher than I expected. Overall good experience. ”
