”The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The view of Mt Fuji was magnificent. Although the dining room was closed for renovation, the breakfasts and dinners were delicious, and delivered to our room. We could enjoy our meals looking at Mt Fuji from our deck or from the room itself. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!”

”We have stayed at à few Hoshinoya hotels in Japan & Taiwan but this is the worst one so far. The room is dark, outdated and to get from bed to bath with many steps makes it difficult at night when the lights are so dim. Only tap water is complimented in the room . The meditation onsen is so dark inside all you see is dark wall no day light the vibe makes me feel scary not relaxing. No compliments of milk or ice cream after bath only juices cans sharing outside of the bath house for both...

”Spectacular views of Mt. Kinabalu and sunrise in some rooms. But bed sheet smelly and broken. Not too much choice for dinning.”

”Hotellialue oli hurmaava monine eläimineen - apinoita, varaaneja, oravia, gekkoja... Aikaa pystyi viettämään ihan vain kävelemällä ympäriinsä. Myös allasalueella oli mukava loikoilla. Huoneet olivat siistit ja henkilökunta oli kaikkialla mielettömän ystävällistä.”

”Kivat ja siistit huoneet luonnon keskellä. Ei sovi ötökkökammoisille ( puoli avoin kylpyhuone), käärme kämpän katolla, muutahaisia huoneessa mutta erinomainen villin luonnon havainnointiin”

”The property is very clean. Its comparable to staying in a cabin surrounded by lush trees and plants. Breakfast is a complete meal not just the typical cereals and muffins. They have noodle soup eggs cooked to your liking. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again.”
