”Huone on yleisesti ottaen siisti, mutta koska se jaetaan muiden kanssa, taso voi vaihdella. Sakura hotel Ikebukuro sijaitsee loistavien kulkuyhteyksien varrella, noin 5 min kävelymatkan päässä Tokion toiseksi vilkkaimman metro/juna-aseman varrella.”

”The hotel is in a good place, few minute walk from a train station. The hotel itself was nice, a bit of a hybrid of a hotel and a hostel. The room had it’s own shower and there were enough shared toilets on our floor. The reception/check-in smelled a bit of seweage when we arrived.”

”Our family (2 adults, 8yr old son) stayed in a private 2 double bed room for 6 nights in March 2025. We were extremely happy with our experience. The room was very spacious and the bathroom/shower rooms were wonderful. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to small families. There is a shared lounge and kitchen which we utilized to cook additional veggies as we found it lacking when eating out. There are two induction ranges and pots of water come to boil very quickly....

”This hostel was trendy and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they always did their best to help you with anything. The room was small, but had enough space for two people. The communal kitchen was well organised and everybody held on to their end to keep it nice and tidy for everyone. Thank you for our stay! We highly recommend staying here if you don’t need a fancy hotel room for your stay and are not planning on staying in your room for the whole trip. ”
