”Kokemukseni oli erittäin negatiivinen, hotellissa tupakoitiin, lähes kaikkialla, casino, baarit, yökerho, koko ala-aula, huonekerrokset, sisäänkirjautumisalue, tupakansavu ja haju kaikkialla.... tästä ei kuitenkaan ole mainintaa hotellin kuvauksessa, sielä sanotaan että merkityt tupakointi alueet. Ruoka/ juoma/ palvelut kaikki aivan ylihinnoiteltu. Hotellin asiakkaista mielestäni 98% kiinalaisia ja korealaisia, siitä syystä ravintoloiden ruokatarjonta enemmänkin heille suunnattu. Allas alue...

”The stay was like a staycation. We had problems on the first day with the maintenance trying to fix problems that should of been resolved before we checked in. We were given an upgrade after complaining to the manager. The front desk tried to sell me the upgrade for extra cost before we checked in. Great stay afterwards. If you charge a high price you should have a high standard no matter the price. Customer service and a smile can't make up for poor quality any where in the world.”
