As I travel a lot, I'd luv to feel wanted as guest and the "salary payer" . At this hotel it changes a lot - once pretty good, too often careless/ impassive like they don't care. Some people are very friendly, like the maiden who did not even speak any other language than russian/ belarussian, but she SMILED and her body language was like "thank U 4 being here as guest". The front office staff is the mirror of the hospitality - if it sucks the whole experience is ruined most of the times. I would friendly recommend a "service with a smile" campaign. It will pay back immediately - try it and U notice it. I'll come back at least 1 more time 2 c whether anything improved. Anyhow, all the very best! TK, Fin (travelling 65-90 days a year)
