APARTBEACH, MIMOSAS DE LUXE IN FRONT OF THE BEACH:
Las Mimosas Apartments are located on the Miami Playa promenade, in a private residence with a swimming pool on the beachfront, ideal to enjoy your holidays with friends or family looking for tranquility, 50 m from the beach, a few meters from bus stops, a short distance from shops and about 650m from the center of town.

Observations:

The apartments are rented with bedding. (optional towels at € 4 pax).

We have 5 apartments: all have the same occupancy capacity, the apartment that is available will be assigned for the dates requested.

The parking is communal, there is a certain number of parking spaces so we cannot guarantee that you will always find them, however around the apartments there are several areas where you can park.

Nice fully equipped apartment. Located in a private residence. The house consists of:

- 1 double bedroom (2 110cm beds), built-in wardrobe andtelevision

- 1 double bedroom (1 110cm bed and 1 90cm bed), built-in wardrobe and TV

- Dining room with sofa bed, television and climate,

- 1 bathroom with full shower.

The environment

The apartment is located 50 meters from the beach, it is a very quiet private residential area. Ideal for anyone who wants to spend a fantastic vacation.

50 m to the beach, 650 m to the city center, 40 km to the airport, 100 m to the supermarket, 200 m to the bus station, nudist tourism, family tourism, charming accommodation

House's rules:

1º.We are available for any questions with the aim that you have a pleasant stay.

2nd.The apartment is rented with sheets (optional towels at € 4 pax).

3º.Entrance from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Time of entry to the apartment: from 4:40 p.m. (if there is a guest who leaves that day, otherwise they can enter from 9:00 a.m.).

Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am

4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it, the kitchen must be left in its proper place, garlic washed and no garbage.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.

6. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of all guests and sign the contract.

7th. Tourist tax: € 1 per person, per night and adult (only the first 7 nights are paid).

8th. The optional wifi is paid, price of € 5 / day.
