”We could not be happier with our stay and the service we received. We stayed in a deluxe double room with balcony which I picked because I was in Istanbul for surgery and knew I would spend a lot of time in the room, so the balcony gave some much needed extra space and added a bit of luxury too.
I needed ice after having surgery and the staff brought me ice a couple of times a day, they were so sweet and helpful.
The room was clean, had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable....

”Very good location, but quite basic hotel. There is many places with breakfast included for better price. The hotel lobby was under construction because of a renovation. The hotel room was clean and ok, but the window door didn't close fully so there was a bit cold. There was also some pipes making loud noises. During check in I didn't get any info that the sauna area is for extra cost. Before I was going there in the evening they told me that it's 2500 TL (65e!!). Well obviously I looked...

”Parkhouse hotel and spa was a great hotel in Kadikoy, we got a suite room with balcony and hot tub it was great - bed was comfortable staff were very friendly, the breakfast was comprehensive and excellent. Spa we used one day only the sauna it was nice and hot, the pools are cold pools fyi. I would definitely recommend this place ”

"It was a very good stay. The breakfast was good, and on the day we left, we got breakfast bags. The gym was really small, but it was better than nothing! The service was really good even though they didn’t speak English very well. I recommend also the hotel’s location, because you can reach the city center by just one ferry and the Sabiha Gokcen airport by just one subway. In a city like Istanbul, one appreciates this."
