Three spacious furnished porches —featuring comfortable seating and dining areas— invite you to enjoy Mallorca’s pleasant climate throughout the day, whether savouring a delicious barbecue by the pool, relaxing in the shade, or watching the sun set. For added convenience, the pool area also includes an outdoor shower and bathroom. With direct access to the beach, this villa boasts a truly privileged location. Although situated within a residential area with nearby neighbours, its thoughtful design and layout ensure a peaceful stay.
Inside, spread over two floors, the villa impresses with its space and natural light. On the ground floor, a large living room with a fireplace, Smart TV, and satellite channels connects seamlessly with the dining area and fully equipped kitchen with gas hobs, forming a spacious and welcoming environment. A guest toilet completes this level. Upstairs, you’ll find a second living room and five bedrooms: three feature double beds and en-suite bathrooms, while the remaining two have twin beds, one of which also has an en-suite. A sixth bathroom with a shower serves the rest of the floor. The two living rooms, kitchen, and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Additional amenities include a cot and high chair for guests travelling with a baby, as well as a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
