Additionally, we did not receive a code for the unit itself.Someone let us into the building but we waited over 45 minutes to get into the unit because there was nobody at the desk to help us access the code we needed and nobody responded to the text I sent. ”The apartment is amazing and it’s the perfect location. Giving it a four because I tried to reach out prior to our stay about leaving our bags early. There was no response. Also, we were notified upon arrival that there would be no hot water for the entirety of our stay, without any advance warning. ”
