Hotel was excellent. Location, staff and conditions were 10 out of 10. Will definitely recommend to family and also be beck myself. Breakfast in bed was a nice touch too.

Staff was amazing right off the top. Cleanest place I've ever stayed. Only down side for someone with food allergies, there was no microwave or dishes in the room so eating in the room was a bit of a challenge. Those personal drawbacks aside would absolutely recommend staying here, and we will stay again if we return to Niagara Falls. And to the staff thank you for a memorable stay!!

Very comfortable. Staying here felt like staying in a remote resort and spa, but it’s located walking distance to everything you’ll want to do. Very friendly people!

Second time staying at this hotel. Beautiful, spacious and clean room with comfy beds. Great location to all restaurants and entertainment. The staff are so friendly and courteous. Check in was easy and all details about the room was explained thoroughly. Looking forward to the delicious breakfast in bed. Will definitely come back again in the future.

I like this small, personal, and clean hotel. The spa is fabulous. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. My current favorite hotel in Niagara Falls. Keep up the good work. We will see you again next year.

Very large rooms with nice features. Daily breakfast delivered to your door. Short walk to the strip for everything. We had a nice fireplace and a jacuzzi tub. Nicely setup coffee station in the lobby. I would recommend anyone looking for a nice hotel to add this to your short list

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was close to all amenities and the staff and service was above and beyond anywhere else I have stayed. My room was upgraded without having to ask. When I checked out I spoke to Greg who was very friendly and asked about our stay. I would recommend anyone traveling to Niagara Falls to stop looking any further for a hotel and book this one as you will not be disappointed.

The rooms at this hotel are some of the best I have ever stayed at. The shower with the steam and multiple jets are fantastic. The included served breakfast to your room is amazing!

The atmosphere was very relaxing, spacious rooms, clean, this is a boutique inn and it felt welcoming. The beds were a bit hard for me but still slept great. Parking was convenient on location. Walking distance to Clifton Hill. The breakfast in bed was amazing. I will always return to this hotel when I visit Niagara Falls.

We loved the room, the only complaint was the fan in the bathroom didnt work. Everything else was great. We enjoy staying at this hotel.

This is a high-standard hotel. We only stayed for one night but could enjoy the quiet and comfortable hotel room. Both the bedding and bathroom are very clean. It's at least better quality than other hotels in the area. The price is also reasonable. The staff service is friendly, efficient and polite. It is worth staying again.

This was a bit of a letdown. To be honest it was fine for the most part until I had the worst sleep due to their hyper sensitive motion detected lights that lit up every time I moved in bed. The main floor was noisy at night with this insane chirping noise all night. Breakfast was a joke, I was expecting a proper chef cooked egg of some sort, maybe an omelette (since it said on the menu could contain pork) but what we got was a hard boiled egg. What an insult. Parking was ridiculously overpriced at $18 when across the street is $10. You’d think they would give their customers a better deal steam shower was fine, would have been nice to have a hottub in a deluxe room but whatever. I’ve stayed at nicer hotels that have nicer free continental breakfasts. Do not recommend.
